What the Full Exterior Package Covers
Metal roofing
Standing seam or exposed fastener metal roofing — selected based on your budget, aesthetic goals, and roof geometry. Properly detailed at the eaves, ridges, valleys, and all penetrations.
Aluminum soffit
Vented or solid aluminum soffit panels installed under the eave overhang. Properly sized ventilation openings maintain attic airflow and prevent moisture buildup.
Aluminum fascia
Aluminum fascia capping over the fascia board at the roof edge. Protects the structural fascia from moisture and gives the roofline a clean, finished appearance.
Eavestrough and downpipes
Aluminum eavestrough sized for the roof area, installed at the correct slope, with downpipes positioned to discharge water away from the foundation.
Metal cladding or siding (optional)
Metal wall cladding or siding panels can be included in the scope for a fully unified exterior. Available in a range of profiles and finishes to complement the roofing system.
Custom flashings and trim
All transitions — roof-to-wall, roof-to-chimney, eave terminations, and window heads — are flashed and trimmed with custom-fabricated sheet metal components.
